It’s the 7th of August 2008,

Here in the Fair City of Craic,
Lynda and Padraic are getting wed,
After having been to Hell and back!

It’s amazing that Lynda has made it,
Having such an unreliable car,
Perhaps she wind-surfed through the sky,
After a quick Bombay Sapphire in a bar?!

It’s obvious that Padraic really loves her,
To let her loose in his bachelor pad,
She’s keen to give the place a woman’s touch,
But all her trinkets make him real mad!

This fine couple so nearly didn’t make it,
Parting company some five years ago;
How magical they’ve hooked up again this year,
When they realised that they love each other so!

So many congratulations to you both,
You really do make a great pair,
I wish you many years of domestic bliss,
